Reason for Hard-Wiring

Second type of interactions are hard-wired to pass on to the following generations as they are a must-have for every generation, but as first and third type of interactions are based on experiences being received, they are hard-wired based on the reasoning that if they are useful in this generation, they may be useful in the following generations too.

It does not matter whether they will be utilized or not in the following generations, as their presence offers preventive benefit in situations that cannot be cured, reversed or are fatal on initial occurrences or may need instant activation (especially for first type of interactions), while also saving cost of time and energy spent in recreating them (especially for third type of interactions), both of which outweigh the negligible cost of passing them on due to availability of enormous information storage space in the DNA (which is made possible by combinations of base molecules in the DNA).
